Article 1 - Definitions
In these conditions the following terms have the following meanings:
1. Additional agreement: an agreement whereby the consumer products, digital content
and / or acquire services related to a distance contract and these matters, digital
content and / or services are provided by the entrepreneur or by a third party based on
an agreement between that third party and the entrepreneur;
2. Reflection period: the period within which the consumer can exercise his right of withdrawal;
3. Consumer: the natural person who does not act for purposes related to his
trade, business, craft or professional activity;
4. Day: calendar day;
5. Digital content: data that is produced and supplied in digital form;
6. Duration agreement: an agreement that extends to the regular delivery of goods, services
and / or digital content for a certain period of time;
7. Durable data carrier: any tool - including e-mail - that the consumer
or enables an entrepreneur to store information that is addressed to him personally on a
way that future consultation or use for a period of time appropriate to the purpose
for which the information is intended, and that unaltered reproduction of the stored information
makes possible;
8. Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to withdraw from the
distance contract;
9. Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person who provides products, (access to) digital content and / or
offers remote services to consumers;
10. Distance contract: an agreement between the entrepreneur and the consumer
closed under an organized distance selling system,
digital content and / or services, up to and including the conclusion of the agreement exclusively or
use is made of one or more techniques for distance communication;
11. Model withdrawal form: the European form included in Appendix I of these conditions
model withdrawal form. Annex I need not be made available if the
consumer has no right of withdrawal with regard to his order;

If the activity of the entrepreneur is subject to a relevant licensing system: the
data on the supervisory authority.
If the entrepreneur practices a regulated profession:
- the professional association or organization with which he is affiliated;
- the professional title, the place in the EU or the European Economic Area where it was awarded;
- a reference to the professional rules that apply in the Netherlands and directions where
and how these professional rules are accessible.
Article 3 - Applicability
1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and to every
distance contract concluded between entrepreneur and consumer.
